Film and Screening Database
Here all relevant information is communicated between BIG Studio and your team: For each festival contribution, a separate database entry and the screening data are created.
Your festival team communicates to us all target data, which we validate in our film review, or return issue feedback in case of deviation.
We make sure to keep the communication and organizational effort for your team as small and efficient as possible, and adapt to your working method.
Many options can be selected via a practical drop-down menu, customized for your festival, such as target formats, the festival venues, contact persons, special fields etc.
Everything is clearly designed and user-friendly: Information provided by you is clearly displayed side by side with results from the film review (e.g. CPLs, KDM Status and much more).

Overview through Status- & Dashboards
Each entry has both a DCP and a KDM status, which shows the current workflow step of the contribution or the results of the film review. It provides an overview of where action is still needed.
Via the dashboard you can always see an overview of the current status of all films in chart form, so that deadlines can always be kept in view. A separate "Issues" overview clearly shows all open problems prioritized for your team.

Always Keeping an Eye on KDMs
In the KDM Dashboard, you can clearly see all relevant information: missing KDMs, confirmed KDMs, and all other transmitted KDMs.
With our KDM upload tool, you can directly upload KDMs into My Studio and receive immediate feedback about the validity of the KDMs.
A calendar displays all screenings per venue with the actual end times that result from the film check. This makes it easy to cross-check your program schedule. Possible bottlenecks can be recognized early and defused before the festival starts.

Efficient Integrated Tools
The BIG Studio Fast File Transfer Service is integrated within My Studio: For each film contribution, an email address is stored, which is activated for user authentication in the upload portal. Since we provide your festival with a customized and branded Upload Portal, the same link can be sent to all those who submit.
Using the integrated upload service saves valuable time by cutting additional administrative work for your team.
