BIG Studio on Tour

During the festival, we come to you with all our technology! This is the only way we can fix all last-minute problems, deliver up-to-date, provide tech support, and go the extra mile to ensure that all performances go smoothly and avoid show-stoppers.

The Mobile Studio: In the office or trailer

Our full technical equipment, just like in our studio in Leipzig, is mobile and housed in sturdy flight cases. We have the ability to set up our temporary studio in existing premises, as well as in an office trailer and a mobile server room outdoors.

On-Site Support

Our experienced team is available to provide advice and practical support to all exhibitors in the event venues. For this purpose, we set up our own permanently staffed support hotline and are thus able to respond promptly to all unforeseen events. For the very special technical problems, we rely on our BIG studio expert network.

Festival Organisation - Smooth Start to the Festival

Even before the festival, we develop individual plans for your festival. These can be schedules for the presenters, signal path plans or CAD plans for additional installations in the cinemas. In this way, we ensure a seamless cooperation with other service providers and a smooth process on site.

Last Minute Lifesavers

We also deliver DCPs or spare parts with very short turnaround times to the cinemas in an emergency by cycling through the urban jungle. With full commitment, we have already avoided show stoppers several times.
