Impulse in the East

As one of the city's outstanding events, the FFC has become an integral part of the city's cultural life, particularly through the creation of many interim "festival cinemas". From the "Gladhouse", the Stadthalle, the Staatstheater and the Kammerbühne (all theater stages, concert halls, etc.), our fully equipped full-service technical rental service with projectors, sound systems and screens creates venues in full cinema quality, which the city otherwise unfortunately lacks. We also bring our own projection staff to Cottbus and take care of four venues there.

No DCP, no problem

Especially for older and less well-known films, it can be difficult to find DCPs or digital copies at all. Furthermore, some smaller film productions with a low budget often do not have the know-how to produce playable packages. We create state-of-the-art DCPs from all available material - be it by transcoding from various file formats or even from analog films via 2K film scans.

Goodbye, Excel

For several years now, the FFC has been making full use of our "MyStudio" database for film logistics and projection programming. The advantages are obvious: a quick and easy overview of the status of all film copies, clear coordination of the data to be delivered to the cinemas and simple schedule exports.
