Hauptstadtkino

The JFBB has been relying on BIG studio's services since 2021 when it comes to the film festival's data logistics. The festival boasts many venues in both Potsdam and Berlin, and various satellite events also take place in various locations in Germany every year, sometimes all year round.

For the JFBB, we use our Fast File Transfer Service to receive and deliver all film files and DCPs. This makes data logistics much easier for the festival and for us, and enables the many different venues with satellite events in particular to download the data they need safely and promptly.

Bilingual Subtitles

A special feature of the Jewish Film Festival is the DCP mastering of a large proportion of the films by BIG studio in order to add two-line German and English subtitles. This means that the JFBB reaches an international audience as well as those who do not speak a foreign language.
